He has successfully led initiatives in Management Operating System (MOS) implementation, Maintenance & Reliability Optimization, Supply Chain Optimization, Turnaround & Stabilization, ERP Integration, and Post-Acquisition Operational Integration across North America, Latin America, and Europe—driving sustained productivity gains of 25–40% by embedding structured performance routines, process discipline, and practical accountability systems.

Known for his “boots-on-the-ground” execution style, Anthony specializes in coaching frontline supervisors, maintenance planners, supply chain leaders, and site executives. He builds capability where it matters most - at the point of execution -  guiding teams to adopt new behaviors, run effective meetings, and make data-driven decisions that stick. His approach blends systems thinking with gritty pragmatism, whether stabilizing a turnaround or aligning executive KPIs with field-level actions.

Prior to founding Makridis Consulting LLC, Anthony held senior leadership roles in supply chain, maintenance, and operational excellence. He has supported ERP integrations, M&A transitions, and full-site transformations for clients across the U.S., Canada, and Latin America.

Anthony holds a B.S. in Computer Science and an M.Sc. in Supply Chain. He is a Certified Six Sigma Black Blet, Certified Supply Chain Manager, Certified Agile Leader, Certified Scrum Master, Certified Lean Practitioner, and Certified Process Improvement Specialist. He continues to sharpen his approach through direct fieldwork, data analytics, process optimization, mentoring, and ongoing study of leadership and team building, asset reliability processes, organizational psychology, and operational strategy.
